I would not be opposed to picking ted ginn with the 22nd pick of the draft.
why not? I see a steve smith type of wideout with less strength but more speed.
He can come in our offense and make a reggie bush, and devin hester type of impact.
He can be our future playmaker and i know we have other needs but with a few free agency moves we can shore some of those positions up and with some later round picks.
I think this kid has all the tools except he could use to gain a few pounds of muscle.
But we seen after this past draft that you have to draft those game breakers just check out the two teams that was in the NFC championship chicago, and new orleans.
They won a few games because of gamebreaking plays from bush, and especially hester.
and with this guy we get a pretty good receiver too.
and it helps that ohio state produces pretty good players.
I just think that even though it seems that we have decent young talent with hurd and austin, but if T.O and glenn are released after next season everybody on the board here will be crying about who's gonna play wr.
so there for if teddy ginn is there with the 22nd pick i would be all over it.
the guy was consistently making plays in college and has a knack for big plays if we go ahead and draft a blaylock, or the guy from penn state and they turn out to be jacob rogers or stephen peterman
we'll find ourselves putting that little man banging his head against the wall in your post next season while watching ginn make plays on sportscenter.
