Mr Drewelus was driving his truck along Interstate 75 in Sarasota, Florida, in the early hours of last Tuesday when the accident happened.

The 15-year-old’s brother, 16, who was driving the Volvo was arrested for felony leaving the scene of a crash involving death and violating the conditions of his learners permit, reportsABC Action News.
