A young Geena Davis would have been a perfect April.

Yes, classic beauty, but not that intimidating cover model beautiful. Good call on a young Geena Davis. Jennifer Lawrence would be ideal (that edge that would be common with a beat reporter) but doubt she would ever play such a role, etc.

Don't know how I feel about this movie. Seems like this thing has been rushed like crazy although production hasn't reported anything out of the ordinary. But how weird is it to essentially get a glorified teaser trailer less than 2 months before it's release... this thing comes out in mid May and it looks like they're still working on the CGI. Just my speculation though.

Seemed like the trailer didn't know what the tone should be. And did they really just color the transformers font green for the ad?


I'll still see it, though.

Actually, it's coming out in August, so they have about 4 1/2 months to go. The full trailer will probably come out with Transformers.

Thanks for the correction. I searched the release date and it immediately comes up as May, 16th 2014. I just checked the IMDB and yeah it says August 8th.
