Here is my mock draft the way I see it playing it out. Eagles and Jags can throw this for a loop if one of them select Geno Smith. Heard Eagles have legit interest in Geno and that the owner has only ever gone to 2 pro days, one being McNabb and this year Geno. Could happen.

Round 1
1.. Kansas City Chiefs - Luke Joeckel T Texas A&M (Will they go Defense dont think so, Joeckel or Fisher could be pick, I go Joeckel)

2.. Jacksonville Jaguars - Dion Jordan DE Oregon (Geno could be the pick but they need pass rush in the worse way)

3.. Oakland Raiders - Sharrif Floyd DT Florida (Defense needs to be revamped)

4.. Philadelphia Eagles - Star Lotulelei DT Utah (with the switch to 3-4 they need an anchor and Star will bring some nastiness, don't want to face this guy)

5.. Detroit Lions - Dee Milliner CB Alabama (They luck out and Dee falls and they get their man)

6.. Cleveland Browns - Tavon Austin WR West Virginia (some wont like this pick but if Weeden is the man, they need weapons, Austin is the biggest threat that has come out in long time. Can catch the shot passes and have long gains)

7.. Arizona Cardinals - Eric Fisher T Central Michigan (One of the worst OL last year and they need to get more physical)

8.. Buffalo Bills - Geno Smith QB WV (Don't buy the Kolb hype)

9.. New York Jets - Barkevious Mingo DE LSU (Jets needs pass rushing and some athleticism Mingo is their man)

10. Tennessee Titans - Jonathan Cooper G North Carolina (When Chris Johnson says we need OL and names Cooper by name I think they listen)

11. San Diego Chargers - Lane Johnson T Oklahoma (Rivers was a sitting duck last year)

12. Miami Dolphins - Xavier Rhodes CB Florida St. (Their corners are in desperate need of an upgrade)

13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Tyler Eifert TE Notre Dame (Freeman can be the man, he has upside but he needs a safety net big time, he needs his Whitten)

14. Carolina Panthers - Sheldon Richardson DT Missouri (Panthers have been tied to pass rush and Richardson, they get their man)

15. New Orleans Saints - Ezekiel Ansah DE BYU (Our buddy Rob gets his man and get believe he falls this far)

16. St. Louis Rams - Cordarrelle Patterson WR Tennessee (They could go Warmack but with the addition of Long I think they wait OL round 2 and get the best WR off the board)

17. Pittsburgh Steelers - Jarvis Jones OLB Georgia (Linebacker is a need with Harrison gone, Jones fits the bill)

18. Dallas Cowboys - Chance Warmack G Alabama (Cowboy Nation have a tough decision between Vaccaro and Warmack, but I think protecting their investment (Romo) is more important, I for one jump for joy)

19. New York Giants - Kenny Vaccaro S Texas (Free safety is a much bigger need then LB, Giants get the best Safety available)

20. Chicago Bears - D.J. Fluker T Alabama (Jay Cutler needs time, and they need OL help)

21. Cincinnati Bengals - Alec Ogletree ILB Georgia (Bengals adding Ogletree become one of the stronger Defensive units in the NFL IMO)

22. St. Louis Rams (Washington) - Jonathan Cyprien S Florida International (Rams come out with a playmaker on both sides of the ball and are thrilled)

23. Minnesota Vikings - Manti Te'o ILB Notre Dame (Huh?? The rumors are Te'o will not get past Vikings no way no how, I am buying this)

24. Indianapolis Colts - Johnathan Hankins DT Ohio St. (Colts beef up the D-Line)

25. Minnesota Vikings (Seattle) - Bjoern Werner DE Florida St. (Vikings build up the defense, because WR is deep and they can get their man in the 2nd)

26. Green Bay Packers - Menelik Watson T Florida St. (Yes 5 OT in the first, Rodgers is a defense killer with time and he didn't have that last year. He wants the OL revamped)

27. Houston Texans - DeAndre Hopkins WR Clemson (I love this receiver, he will be a beast)

28. Denver Broncos - Damontre Moore DE Texas A&M (Von Miller tells Coach, he will do wonders for us and once a top 10 lock now slides to 28. Broncos make D stronger)

29. New England Patriots - Datone Jones DE UCLA (Jones will be an animal and will fit this D nicely)

30. Atlanta Falcons - Desmond Trufant CB Washington (Falcons need CB help and this great value for Trufant)

31. San Francisco 49ers - Johnathan Jenkins DT Georgia (Rich just get richer and bigger and stronger)

32. Baltimore Ravens - Arthur Brown ILB Kansas St. (Ravens are not upset at all with Te'o off the board, they snag Brown gladly)

Cowboys after that

Round 2- Eric Reid S LSU (If not there I go DJ Swearinger)

Round 3 Bennie Logan*, DT, LSU

Round 4 Le'Veon Bell*, RB, Michigan State

Round 5 Josh Boyce*, WR, TCU

Round 6- Michael Williams, TE, Alabama

Free Agent pick ups after the draft

Eric Winston Tackle knows the zone blocking and can help Warmack adapt quicker in the pros.

Israel Idonije helps lineman understand the defense.

Unless I am missing someone, Antrel Rolle is the only quality safety they have?? Who else is there?

They love Stevie Brown and think Will Hill may even be decent.
I'm not saying they wouldn't take a Safety, but they do have great needs on both lines and at linebacker.

Cincy would love to get Vaccaro though and some think they may even trade up some to grab him.

As you seemed to notice, the biggest reach by far in this mock is Tavon Austin at 6. That is really stretching it. At least it's original!
I guess if they really wanted him they should try really hard to drop down to somewhere near pick 11 or so. Before then, there's not a real threat of him going, but after that, it would get riskier.

I can agree with that, I just think Coughlin is about BPA and I think Vaccaro would be an upgrade and the BPA.

I didn't factor any trades in but I truly feel there will be a couple and even the Cowboys could move out of the 18 spot.

I may not hit on many picks here but it was fun to write up.

I think you have Cyprien and Hankins a good bit too early. Don't see either of them going before 25, probably much later for Hankins. Looks as good as any other mock besides that though.

Colts are a hard team to read, they surprised everyone last year with a young group.

Some mocks have Hankins to us, hate that, not sure where he lands but do not want him at 18.

Cyprien seems like a ballhawk Rams could use but could be too early?

What about the way Cowboys made out? Ok with you guys?

I've actually seen Hankins to us...at 47.
I would take that all day.

The good news is that one of thsoe player very well could be there--I suspect >50% chance--at 47.

Just off-hand, I think I'd lean toward Short, it's a tough call.
If I knew Reid could fit in, he might be the guy.
Hankins would be fine too.
I've always liked swearinger, but early had assumed we could get him in the 3rd. It's starting to not look that way.

Not a bad draft but give me Swearinger or Cyprien over Reid

I could see that happening in my eyes, just not sure Garrett thinks they are better then Reid.

Reid is Jason's RKG pick, but other two do not have any off the field issues that I know of.

My only real place I struggle with is if the team truly believes in Matt Johnson and Church, I have a hard time seeing them go that route early. I could see them Short or Hankins in the 2nd and Brian Schwenke, C, California in the 3rd.

Safety to me is a mystery.

I like it all but round 4. I'm hot and cold on Bell. Would love Taylor or Randle. Although some say I'm a dreamer and they're gone.

Tenn signed two Free Agent Guards.

I hope they do not grab him, but Chris Johnson was on twitter stating he wanted Cooper or Warmack. He said Cooper more flexible, so if they draft him, it would be for Center. IMO

Cooper would fit our scheme better for sure.

I like Taylor a lot, I think he gets scooped up by the 3rd but if he is there at 4 then I pick him over Bell everyday of the week.

Randle to me is not my cup of tea, I'm just not a big fan.

The Titans have a young Center, Fernando Velasco, that took over in 2012. He is reported to have played much better than the veteran that he replaced.

Well then Cooper could very much fall to us as well, he or Warmack would be welcomed with open arms.

Does anyone feel Geno goes to the Eagles or Jags? If so, does Buffalo still grab a QB or change their pick?

Ryan Nassib could be the pick for Buffalo with the ties to the HC but Glennon is getting a pretty extensive look.

Also, I didn't have any RB go in the first round, is that really realistic?

Yes, some draft analysts believe that both Geno and Nassib could be drafted in the top half of round 1.
