It must be something in the air...

Or something lacking in the heart and soul.

How many other timebombs are walking among us?

'A workplace dispute' some are reporting and a rumor of the gunman being in a business suit. Hard times.

I call it a lose of hope by many people in this country and erosion of ethics. I have my theory on why this has taken place but I rather not get people all stirred up and banned.

I think we all need a thread from Reality telling us what "political" and "religious" means. Hell 3/4 of the threads in this are are political, anything re the justice system by definition is political.

He has tried to define it in the past but the problem is that those interpreting it are individuals and they are all different.

A person can say one thing and it is in direct opposition to their views that are inherently political or religious in nature and they can't rebut or present facts as they see them based on their religious or political nature. The line gets crossed in nearly every thread and then it is too late.

There is no more room for open and honest dialog with respect to these topics.

Maybe, but there is nothing inherently political or religious about my post. It is just a statement of fact, which I know can sometimes drive people crazy.

But it is what it is.

Was wondering: Is your avatar Brad Pitt from Inglorious Basterds?

The NRA just took another punch to the gut.

My wife said she saw tour buses driving by with all the tourist getting an eye full of the bodies on the ground.

I wonder if people would have felt better knowing he cut them up with machetes instead. ;)

Sounds like more ammo for having better mental health care.

I did notice that they are initimating that many of the people shot were caught in the crossfire of police response. Given my opinion of NY Police shooting ability, I can't say that would surprise me much.

yeah it happened in the city in the US with the strongest possible gun laws.

Which just shows their futility

A lot easier to not get hit by incidental machete swings. But your point stands....
