Your negative bias even comes through on your charts. TDs are the only things that get a green mark. Random plays that you think are bad get red ones. So, it looks like we have about a 10-1 bad-good play ratio.

Our offense wasn't great, but thats ridiculous.

Enjoy!

I dont read it that way at all. If you highlighted the incomplete passes, Punts, and Penalties from last night it would be just about 10-1. That chart is generous.

You're either using the wrong nomenclature for personnel, or you are not describing the personnel. You have us throwing several passes to tight ends with no tight ends on the field.

If a TE is lined up at WR I'm not counting him into the personnel package. You never do when you're scouting personnel. The plays you're referring to likely consisted of Bennett lining up away from the line. We also lined up in trips 8 times in this game, 6 of those included a TE.

I guess I'll explain further, since I'll be doing this every week. You start from the backfield and work your way up to the line, never count the QB. So if Gronkowski and Barber are in the backfield, Bennett and Witten are on the line, it's a "22". If Gronkowski and Barber are in the backfield, Witten is on the line, but Bennett is off the line, it's a "21". Hope that helps...

Yes, you do. That's why it's called "personnel." If the coaches call for the 12 package, they want two tight ends on the field. They can then put them in whatever formation they want, but the "12" refers to one back and two tight ends on the field.

What you charted was formations, not personnel.

This makes infinitely more sense.

Otherwise, what would be the point of coaches holding up signs that identify the personnel grouping?

OWNED! That's why he's called Section444 and not Section136, he's just too far away from reality, man.
