The commissioner is far from convinced that Jones has changed or taken responsibility and has said so on numerous occasions. The dude was in a strip club two months ago! Nothing has changed except that he wants to play for the Cowboys now so he is saying what he thinks (or what his agent is telling him) he is supposed to say.
If it were the Eagles who were interested in him then you wouldn't be saying that about him.
