How can a man's stomach hurt when he is gutless??
Listen Charlie Brown, Terence Newman played his heart out for you (if you really like the Cowboys) in 2003.
Terence Newman played his heart out for you in 2004. His YPA that year was 5.8 YPA.
Terence Newman played his heart out for you in 2005. His YPA was 5.8, again. Plus, he didn't give up a TD that season.
Terence Newman played his heart out for you in 2006.
Terence Newman played his heart out for you in 2007. His YPA was 6.1, and he didn't give up a TD.
His four year average YPA (2004-2007) was 6.2. That is second in the NFL in that four year span.
Now he gets some adversity, and you kick a man when he is down after he has kept big plays and points off the soreboard for you during the last 5 years. That is wrong in my opinion.
Newman is the best slot defender in the NFL. Champ Bailey can't play it. Asante Samuel can't play it. Charles Woodson plays it good, but he isn't as good as Newman on the inside. Moreover, Newman's play on the field has deserved multiple Pro Bowls, but DeAngelo Hall was given some he didn't deserve. I think that's pretty clear right about now.
