Pay cut is what I was referring toDak has been restructured already. And Lamb.

LololololWrong. This is money to cover draft. They still need to free up 28 million to cover Pickens tag
Iim saying you can’t restructure a contract and a week later take a pay cut. Anyone who just restructured can’t take a cut a week later. Kenny Clark I don’t believe has so he could be a candidate.Pay cut is what I was referring to
Not really. Total contract yes but guaranteed to get new deals money is larger than he would have gotten hss they moved on from him next year.I didn’t realize it was a pay cut. I feel a lot better about it then.
I remember when Doug Free took a pay cut and everyone still hated him. I expect the same here. LolWow. Steele took a substantial pay cut. He might have got more on the open market. Let’s hope the defensive tackles do the same.
I can dream cant I?Iim saying you can’t restructure a contract and a week later take a pay cut. Anyone who just restructured can’t take a cut a week later.
Yeah because you can technically restructure a contract in multiple waysMan it’s so weird to keep up with terms. The restructure Dak and Lamb got isn’t a pay cut but Steeles is…..
Yeah I’m just not familiar seems like when it’s a pay cut it’s called a pay cut and not a restructure. But I get it.Yeah because you can technically restructure a contract in multiple ways
Just thinking out loud here, honestly don’t know the answer myselfYeah I’m just not familiar seems like when it’s a pay cut it’s called a pay cut and not a restructure. But I get it.
Ahh that would make sense.Just thinking out loud here, honestly don’t know the answer myself
Maybe when players take pay cuts, they don’t get additional guarantees. Maybe that’s why it’s a restructure and not a pay cut. But you are right, it’s a bit annoying.
It's cool. We get to keep a bad player longer and cheaper.Welp that rules out my Mauigoa dream
Honestly it just kinda shows you how thin the Tackle position around the league. I'm hoping they go get a veteran to compete for a tackle spot, but I doubt they pay for anyone that would create an actual competition.Looks like they are hyper focused on the defense instead of looking at all avenues to improve the team. Terrence Steele has no business being a starting Tackle. One of the worst pass protectors in the league.
Yet another reason it was important they brought back Javonte Williams.Looks like they are hyper focused on the defense instead of looking at all avenues to improve the team. Terrence Steele has no business being a starting Tackle. One of the worst pass protectors in the league.
