The hamstring epidemic has to be related to the conditioning program, especially given the severity of some of the injuries. I figure it has to be fixable, but not until the offseason. So no Harris, maybe no Williams. Time for the TE contingent -- especially Escobar -- to be ready.

All the players need to spend time on the Cheerleading squad...............I notice they never get hamsting problems---but maybe they have a bunch on a special IR squad also? :)

One thing that Michael IRvin said in a early SI article - he said it was important to be able to a 4.5 not only in the first quarter but to be able to run a 4.5 in the fourth quarter, as well. I wonder if we can do that.

Once Miles Austin is off this team, the hamstrings will go away with him. It's the only thing I can come up with

I said something about the hamstring issue a while ago.

Here's our strength and conditioning coach... Mike Woicik

He has been the S&C coach for 6 Super Bowl teams. At this point, I know it holds weight, but maybe a change there is needed. Maybe we need some new-age techniques, because a team with this many hamstring injuries is just plain ludacris.

I thought i heard Joe Buck mention during the GB game that the Cowboys are considering bringing someone outside of the team to review the team's persistent problem with hamstring injuries and how to avoid in the future.

I guess this will be the big offseason project that the Cowboys will focus on, get fixed, only for five new problems to pop up next year

I don't really get what's going on here. It's not like Dallas has some rookie S & C staff. They have the most accomplished S & C coach in NFL history. I can't believe they suddenly don't know how to train players without it resulting in hamstring pulls every week.
