Do you think Pryor declares for the draft now that he is facing a 5 game suspension for next season?

I do. I wouldn't draft him unless it was a late round pick. And probably not even then. He probably thinks he should go in the 1st round, but he is going to be disappointed.

I think he'll leave and go pro. He's nothing more than a career backup.

He's a boom or bust type guy.

There is a lot of potential there but he needs to come a long ways as a passer.

I think he has more pro potential than Vince Young though.

He'll likely go pro now. THere is nothing to be gained, for him, by returning for a Senior year in which he'll have to miss the opening 5 games.

Cam Newton became what Terrelle Pryor was supposed to be.
I couldn't agree more.

IMO Pryor would be better served coming back to Ohio State next year even with the suspension because he isn't in a Jake Locker type situation where he's a guaranteed top 5 pick and really can't go anywhere but down. I can see him getting drafted in the 3rd or 4th rd on potential this year, but with another year of progression maybe a solid 2nd rd pick next year.

Pryor right now would be better than whoever the Vikings trotted out to play QB this past year. Same with SF. And Miami.

I think Pryor would easily go in the 2nd rd if he makes himself eligible especially with teams like the Dolphins, 49ers, and Vikings all desperate for QBs.

He better learn how to block because he'll be a tight end his first day of camp.

all those teams + Arizona def need qb's, but they're all drafting relatively high where better QB prospects are available. The only team that really needs a qb bad who could possibly be a legit playoff team next year would be the Vikings, and you have to remember that McNabb will be/should be available and if I'm only 2 yrs removed from a legit Super Bowl run which should have ended in an appearance and I still have all the same pieces in place aside from QB, I'd rather go with McNabb who I know has been there and done that before than try with a rookie QB who you have no idea whether they will pan out or not. And even if they do pan out, when your Super Bowl window is wide open like the Vikings is right now, you might not have time to try to develop a new qb before that window closes.

I don't see that. At this point, I don't think he's even a better passer then Young was when he came out.

If you compare each player's third year, here is what you see:

Vince Young:

Comp 212, Att 325, Comp% 65.2, PYds 3036, TDs 26, Ints 10, YPA 9.3, YPG 233.5, QBRT 163.9

Rushs 155, Yds 1050, TDs 12,

Terrelle Pryor:

Comp 196, Att 298, Comp% 65.8, PYds 2551, TDs 25, Ints 11, YPA 8.6, YPG 212.6, QBRT 158.

Rushs 120, Yds 639, TDs 4.

I'd like to have him...as a receiver. :)
