Should we sign him to bolster the run. I know their must be something about this guy since he has been released from several teams but he is good against the run isn't he ? or is their something else ?

It is curious why a guy who did well last year gets cut from the Pats and no one wants him(bad enough to sign him).

Injury? Overweight? Some rapid decline?

Not good any more. The Commanders are terrible against the run and decided to let him walk. They were not happy with his weight and conditioning.

yup, broncos likely saw it in 2014, Washington saw it in 2015 and patriots saw it in 2016, pretty sure that's just who he is at this point.

He isn't even a 1 tech, pure NT. That is also a position they don't need with McClain & Thornton.
