Terrence Mitchell is showing well

There is room for both Mitchell and Webb regardless if they carry five or six cornerbacks.

It's not necessarily an either / or situation.

We will see what happens when the pads come on. Hopefully both players show promise.

I can't shake the fact that Webb shined at his Senior Bowl. That's usually a good indicator of their pro potential.

Maybe he needs time. Or maybe he needs to play behind someone other than Nick Hayden and George Selvie.

definitely odd. his play had nothing to do with the lack of dline talent, he looked completely LOST 90% of the time.

this will be an important camp for webb. he is going to have to show some improvement but hard to give up on young guys after one year. lots of players take time to develope and i remember many here hating on scandrick early on in his career. the odd man out could be moore. he is a nice player but cost more and has a very limited upside. time will tell but i would'nt write webb off just yet but he sure needs a good camp

Terrance was boom or bust for me at Oregon. He would make amazing plays but then do some of the dumbest stuff imaginable in between. Hopefully he is focused now.

It probably is both. Hopefully a few of the younger guys on the DL turn out. We could use that.

He still looked significantly worse than Sterling Moore the week after Moore was signed off the street.

I'm a big one for giving small school skill players time to develop, but I don't have high hopes for Webb. It sounds like there's going to be some real competition for that last CB spot in camp this season, and he's not a front-runner at this point, even after a year in the league.

They like Webb's athleticism. They love his speed. He'll get his shot. But there are only two CB slots and I agree he's not a front runner.

Mitchell, Webb and Moore

I know injuries are a concern, but I hate too many short practices. Can't wait till training camp, see what this kid's got.

I think he gets every opportunity to show something this year, but if he doesn't, he should be gone. No point holding on to him just because you wasted a draft pick. Admit your mistake, keep a better player, and move on.

We don't need another David Arkin situation.

someone gets pushed to the PS, that's for sure....regular TC with pads can't get here soon enough

i agree. thats why i think this is a huge camp for webb. i don't think he is PS eligable so if he does'nt show some serious improvement it may be time to move on.
