Hey guys, just seeing what you would think the cost would be to sign Terrence Steele to a long term deal. For some reason, deals like this get done first low key in Dallas, than the bigger names on the team. I'm not sure exactly what the numbers are for the top RT's in the league, but what's a good salary if the Cowboys choose to sign him long-term???

I'm not entirely sure but I don't think Steele and Biadiz have a future on this Cowboys team unless they take a hometown discount and sign a deal fast and cheaper than market value.

Teams seem willing to overpay for linemen even if they are mid. To me Steele and Tyler represent solid players who get the job done but will have to be paid better than what their role is.

Hometown deals will probably be the take for these guys, they are our guys, they didn't come from another team. They will get signed before the big names, I think their deals will be easier!

I think that may be the case for Steele MAYBE. But Tyler is starting to build up some credentials here I think at the very least he can get a Conner Williams deal. But this also goes back to what we do with some of these young linemen on the team and if anyone takes a step forward.

Will see how the season goes for them. Won't concern myself with it until next year. Even then I won't as much.

I look at him in a similar fashion that was involved in the team changing wall. Cast offs and unknowns who strongly came together and became the foundation to begin a dynasty.

Both those guys should be paid 8-10 million per year. I would sign both of them. We already are going to have to go out and get a stud guard in the offseason. Having to find ANOTHER starter or two would be difficult.

I’m more focused on getting Dak, Lamb and Parsons signed. I feel I can replace Steele and Tyler.
