Don't forget the history of steelers de James Harrison.....beat women before it was deemed a problem by the NFL.

It is the courts job to punish criminals
Not their employer
Hardy lost a ton of money and a year of his career
Not to condone what he did but to me he received his punishment now it's time to move on
if someone who breaks the law is never allowed to work again then society is going to be supporting a huge number of people

“Anybody, in my opinion, that lays a hand on a woman — I don’t care who you are my friend — you never come back in this league. But Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones in his desperation to get a pass rusher said ‘well you know what America, Cowboys fans, he’s alright. He’s a good boy. We’re going to get him all straightened out over here and bring him in.’ Which he did. He has his first news conference, he makes a fool of himself…. This is wrong. We have no place for this. I’m actually tired of talking about the Hardys of the world, and I really, really, seriously hope that eventually we never have a place in the NFL for people that touch a woman.”

WELL Terry they let a Killer back in the league ?

Terry tells it like it is. I wonder what would have he said if Hardy would have raped a girl in the bathroom with two bodyguards holding everybody out outside of the bathroom stall .

This is my position and I agree wholeheartedly with you, which is why I typically do not engage in these discussions about Hardy.
