It was a pleasant surprise that the offense performed splendidly without twinkle toes acrobatics and agility however it doesn't mean he won't be missed. He is Tony Hill to TO's Drew Pearson, sure Crayton and Hurd make for a couple of nice Butch Johnson and Golden Richards types but you want the prime rib back on the plate if you can have it.

I did get a chuckle when Hurd caught that TD pass, just remembering all the "he's just a possession receiver" stuff. Our offense is flat out dangerous, with or without Glenn. And we are too damn talented to not be.
