Can I get one with an Italian accent to woo the ladies?? :D

You could look up the Acting with an Accent series by David Allen Stern and learn one. I used it to put on a French accent for a play I starred in in Colorado. I guess I did a good job because an audience member asked the playwright if I was from France to which he replied, "No he's from Texas." He said the shocked look on her face was priceless.

This is not really that surprising. British-english speaking people use the middle-to-back of their mouths when pronouncing words while american-english speakers tend to use the middle-to-front of their mouths. Someone who has jaw surgery would likely have limited movement ability with their jaw which would make it really hard to use the front of their mouths to shape words.

If you thought something like this was too good to be true, then it is like in her case.
