Texans - 17 vs Titans - 20 Game Thread

This was a great game. Guess what?
We play both teams next year!
We get to see Young, Johnson, and the Titans at Cowboy Stadium.
We have to travel to play the Texans.

Awesome game..VY is my favorite athlete of all time. Never lost faith. He is throwing the ball well. Hopefully at some point they'll let him throw more and see if he keeps it up with more attempts. If he can throw effectively at 30 attempts a game..with his running added to that, and Chris Johnson.. Scary.

They cant even go 5-1. They cant lose a game. 9 wins isnt enough.

I think 9 wins could possibly get them the last playoff spot. I think the Steelers will get to 10 wins but the rest of those wild card teams: Jacksonville, Baltimore, Houston, Miami, Denver. It is going to be tough for those teams to get to 10 wins. That last spot is probably going to be down to tiebreakers which won't be good for the Tennessee because they have a 3-6 record in the conference while all the other teams are at or above .500 in conference.

Sorry guys, that schedule is assuming that the NFL keeps the same rotation after this season. This is the last year of this rotation, and the formula could change.

It was fun to see Vince back out there having fun and making a difference. his stats are ugly but he should have had at least over 170 yards passing if Washington or whoever the receiver was comes up with that bomb down the field and then if they count the Crumpler catch, which isn't great but still decent with the amount of rushing yards he had.. Dude is a winner, I don't care what anyone says about him being a bad QB

CJ suffered a neck injury in college. That is what causes the twitching.

The titans remaining games are as follows:

vs Cardinals
@ Colts
vs Rams
vs Dolphins
vs Chargers
@ Seahawks

I'm not sure if they can do it, but it will be interesting to watch.

I like our chances next week against Arizona. Big if, but if they beat Indianapolis(great spot for the Titans b/c Indy will be coming off a gauntlet of NE, at Balt, at Hou) then I think they will win out.

Looking at the AFC teams competing for the last wild card spot- who do you actually like to win 10 games? I don't see one of them and say that team will do it. Lot's of mediocrity competing for it. Damn shame the Titans lost three winnable games to start the season. As currently constructed with Vince they're better than the teams they're competing against.

Young's #'s haven't been ugly at all the past 4 games, they've been "pretty." Just not a lot of yards because of drops and not a lot of attempts.
