The Texans released their latest injury report yesterday, and they've already ruled three (3) of their DBs out for tomorrow's game against the Cowboys in Arlington:

OUT
CB A.J. Bouye (DNP) Groin
OLB Jadeveon Clowney (DNP) Knee
CB Darryl Morris (DNP) Ankle
S Eddie Pleasant (DNP) Ankle

Clowney missing tomorrow's game was expected, as Bill O'Brien announced earlier this week the first pick of the 2014 NFL Draft wouldn't play next week either.

That decimation of the secondary, however, is big news. It would seem that Andre Hal, a rookie seventh round pick out of Vanderbilt, will be Houston's nickel corner tomorrow. While we're on record as being high on Hal (even before he was drafted by the Texans), he's still a rookie starting his first game, on the road, against a strong passing offense. It's a tall order.

Additionally, while Andre Johnson has been listed as "questionable" on the injury report and Arian Foster is less than two weeks removed from missing the Week Three game against the Giants, both are expected to play against the Cowboys, says John McClain.

They have Joseph and Jackson still, if I'm not mistaken. I hope we don't start off in an empty set.

Bouye is the only one that doesn't suck in that group so not much of an advantage.

I hope that doesn't mean go all "Air Coryall" tomorrow; I'm much more comfortable with them runnning the ball. Less is more, lets let the big uglies dominate and finish showing the rest of the league what is in store for them. No matter what.

Las Vegas odds I saw list the Cowboys as a six-point favorite over the Texans. The Texans are rated as the worst of the teams sporting a 3-1 record at this juncture, while the Cowboys are now being seen as a possible playoff contender. Funny how quickly things can change in the NFL. Hopefully, we'll boost that image again today.
