Long time Horns fans here. As for how they will do? I think Texas has a chance at winning the Big 12 but it is not going to be easy. Teams like Missiouri and Kansas as well as Texas Tech look to be contending teams once again and then you have OU and an improve Nebraska team and who knows about A&M who I could see making a strong push this year. Texas is going to have a big challenge ahead of them this year. Should be exciting

Yeah, I think we finish 10-2 at best. We will probably lose against OU and at Texas Tech, but this season should be fun. Next season I think is the year we will compete for a BCS title.

I'm an optimist I think if Texas can go out and beat OU in the red river shoot out we can go undefeated the rest of the way.

Yeah, if we do that I think we can.

The Missouri game is going to be hard, but we are at home, and should draw a nice crowd. At Kansas might be a little hard, but I think we can win.

I agree. I don't see any of these games as a walk in the park but I have faith in the Horns. Win or lose I support them

long time fan and season ticket holder here.

i think this will likely be a down year for us, but we'll still get to 10 wins again, even if we need a bowl game to do it.

i'm saying 9-3....but who knows....maybe we'll be better than i suspect. i can't wait to see what muschamp does with the D.

but i think we have a tough schedule, too. the conference has gotten VERY good.
finally.

but i also don't think there is a clear cut dominant team this year. anything can happen.

i wouldn't be surprised if the big 12 champ has 2 losses.

the big ones are obviously arkansas, Mizzou, OU, kansas, tech....and i think that UTEP game could be a toughie.

let's tee it up and see what happens!
