Tech up 14-0 early... Upset brewing?

Probably another barn burner, WVU doesn't have a good defense, but a prolific all-world offense...Tech has a marginally better defense than WVU and more than enough offense to score on them.

So an early lead could lead to an upset, Tech seems to have at least one a year.

But i wouldn't be surprised to see WVU pull away at some point.

WVU defense is just not good enough. I think they finish with 3 losses like Baylor did last year. I can see them splitting at home vs. K-State and OU and losing at OK State

Exactly was I was thinking. I bet Geno has never seen a place like West Texas and its wind in his life...

Because of that advantage i was shocked when they signed a contract to move the Bayor-Tech game permanently to Cowboys Stadium, it robbed both teams of an alternating home game, two small cities at that that lost millions in game day revenue as well as forfeiture of a home game.

Texas Tech is the Seattle Seahawks of college football. At home they play like Championship contenders. On the road, they look like a headless chicken running around the barnyard.

Surprised me Holgorsen didn't adjust to what TT was doing defensively.

Geno was not sharp at all. He had an off day.

You can say what you want about the defense, but in the first half and in the 3rd quarter they had both a turnover and forced a punt in back-to-back posessions and the offense did nothing.

In the first half it would have made a difference, maybe not in the second half, but you never know.

I don't think it was a coincidence that there was a Walking Dead marathon on yesterday. :

This game was like our Syracuse game.

A game we should have won going into but got our butts stomped in...eerily similar down to the TE making huge plays all day.
