In my opinion, this was Carpenters best game.

excellent game. The Ohio State D was excellent as was Young. The texas D was not too shabby either.

he made some really nice plays after that long pass play. He does not think upfield first and he scrapes down the line well, he seems to take on blocks well also and block up the whole, he showed nice speed chasing down vince from behind. Im not a big college football fan untill the spring but he and Hawk look head and shoulders above the rest in this game.

Couple of years ago Ohio State was playing Penn State I believe and one of Ohio States LB shoved his finger deliberaltely in another players eye.

Jonathan Scott the LT from Texas also has looked good in this game.

Carpenter has had trouble sheding his block when they've gone heads up.
