There is no way the 15th rated player goes in the 2nd round.

Because his college film is based on potential and not a ton of production. He was an early second round projection before his combine and now is viewed as a mid to late first rounder. It's not out of the realm of possibility that a guy who didn't have a 1,000 yard season in college doesn't got in the first.

The talent seems to be the there and there is upside, but his college tape isn't exactly lighting the world on fire. He is a "rising fast guy" that hits before the draft. Maybe he goes mid round, but I sure as heck don't want the Cowboys touching him at 12. If we trade back and he slips into the 20s then maybe.
