UPDATE 1:45 PM – Tight end hand times.
Best times for the tight ends…
Dorin Dickerson, Pittsburgh – 4.50, 4.47
Jimmy Graham, Miami – 4.58, 4.55
Clay Harbor, Missouri St. – 4.56, 4.63
Dennis Pitta, BYU – 4.62, 4.68

- In drills, Oklahoma tackle Trent williams continued his impressive day and looked very athletic. He moved extremely well and displayed terrific footwork in pass pro. TCU’s Marshall Newhouse and Oklahoma St.’s Russell Okung also performed well. Although, Okung suffered a leg injury and did not finish the workout.
- Expectations were high for Hillsdale Jared Veldheer, as reported just yesterday by TFU, and he certainly improved his stock looking very good.
- On the opposite side of the spectrum, Iowa’s Dace Richardson and Colorado St.’s Cole Pemberton really struggled throughout the entire day.
Check back later tonight for a complete recap!
Times from second group of offensive line…
Trent Williams, Oklahoma – 4.85, 4.81
Marshall Newhouse, TCU – 4.99, 4.94
Russell Okung, Oklahoma St. – 5.15, 5.09
Maurkice Pouncey, Florida – 5.12, 5.19
Roger Saffold, Indiana – 5.12, 5.22
Jared Veldheer, Hillsdale – 5.04, 5.00

Dexter McCluster, ATH Mississippi
- Measured in at 5-feet-8-inches tall and 172 pounds. It should be noted the weight is a 7 pound increase from the Senior Bowl.
- Obviously size could be a concern, yet the feedback McCluster has received is “….teams really don’t care, they say ‘You’re a football player’. I am set to prove there is something different about me.”
- Many teams have been “surprisingly” talking to him about being a running back at the next level. What they are looking for in his game is similar to what he did in college, “creating mismatches”.
- Special teams will be an area of strength in his game. The athlete prefers punt return over kick return because it requires more quickness. Also, McCluster talked about his willingness and love to play the gunner position, which he did as a sophomore.
- This season as a running back, McCluster began to really participate in the offense. Prior to this year when he was in the backfield, they knew it would be a run. He began to learn pass protections and blitz pickups in 2009.
- The New England Patriots spent plenty of time with this prospect at the Senior Bowl. They are looking at him as a wide receiver and “put him on the drawing board” during said time.
