Thank God It's Over...

Don't get me wrong, I wanted the playoffs. I wanted a playoff victory even though I knew deep down we were too flawed a team to win it all.

But I'll tell you what, I can not remember a season this difficult to stomach.

From week 4 on, it was just incredibly taxing.

Be it inuries, infighting, suspensions, secret meetings, blown games, it was just never ending pain and frustration. Very few good moments.

I spent the better part of yesterday evening venting to anyone who would listen. But today, I'm over it, and I almost feel a sense of relief.

I don't know what changes this team has in its future, or if even this coaching staff/owner can right the ship. Their history indicates they can't. Still... I'm a fan so I'll hope.

Oh yeah the crap has only began. Things will be much worse between now and April and then i'm sure after the draft it will get even worse cause we'll have all kinds of 'experts' here saying how every single pick Dallas made was horrible and a sign of things to come this coming season.

It didn't take Jerry long to tear down a Super Bowl dynasty in the 90's.

It's be much faster tearing down a playoff team Parcells left behind.

The hell has just started!

Well, I have this pipe dream that we will fire a few coaches, release a few ego's, and go into next season with our three headed monster running attack with our two tight ends (Witten, Bennet) being the focal point of the offense. A few solid additions to the Oline, and some the continued focus on an aggressive defense.

I agree. I'm grateful the season is over.

If I have to eat another platter of nachos on Sunday I'll barf.
