The cheating is a stain on Belichick, bu I don't think you can attribute all the winning with the Pats to cheating. Some of the technology used to spy probably wasn't even available to the Pats early on in Bellickick's career, plus he couldn't have reasonably spied on every team the Patriots ever played against. There also is no reasonable way to deny that he has had talent in NE and his teams have played strong, fundamental football.
