Obviously, I like the later starts because I'm in church when the first round of noon games start. But no problem. That's why they created Tivo.

Early games are the best. Waiting for our games kills me on Sundays.

I like the 12:00 starts too. I just get sick waiting for our game.

I'm not a fan of the "flexible scheduling". I know that those of us living outside of Texas have a hard time scheduling an outing to the stadium.

I couldn't make a 3:00 game and still make work the next day. I had two choices this year to go to Irving: The Rams and Vikings. I'm glad I chose the Rams game because the Vikings game was moved to 3:00.

I'd have been dead the next day at work.

There are guys who live up here (KS) who drive to the games and drive back afterwards and still go to work bright and early Monday morning. Even if it's a 3:00 start. In my youth I could do that. Now, I value my sleep. :D

After the Rams game, I made it home right at 11:00. I was bright and bushy-tailed the next morning. Even though my students come in at 7:30, I was still on a high from the game.

A 3:00 game would've had me home around 2:00 AM. I would've had around 3 to 4 hours of sleep. At my age, it's a lot harder to function on so little sleep......so, I hear you there.

Not me. The morning NFL schedule is the more crowded one. You have a better chance to see the game if it is in the afternoon.

Same here. I'm in Houston, and the texans always play at Noon so when they are home (and it seems as if they play 12 home games a year), the Cowboys are blacked out.

Living in Florida, the only way I get to see the Cowboys is on Fox as their
2nd game or as a Sunday/Monday/Thanksgiving Day game. I was hoping tomorrow's game had been moved to Fox's late game. Oh well, see what I can get on the internet. Sopcast didn't work for me for Cowboys-Packers game & channelsurfing.net was either down or too busy to allow me access. Finally got some coverage on NFL.com/live & as well as on 103.3 radio.

Huge difference, if you get home an hour after the game starts with TIVO, you can start watching from the beginning and catch up to the live action. Back when you had to go old school with the VCR and came home an hour after the game started, you had leave the TV off so it wouldn't get spoiled and wait for the game to finish before you could even start watching the game.

I did that for the Chiefs game in '05. Though Kansas isn't all the way home for me, I stayed at a friends in Mound City. Went the last hour back to KC the next morning. Though, I did have Monday off. That's what vacation days are for.
