Johnny just doesn't get it. Getting suspended for missing a meeting.

Johnny was hurt...he wasnt playing the last game of the season and i think he was on ir. But anyways I admit I was on the JF train.

JF had high school, a red shirt year, then played as a freshman and a sophomore at A&M before this season with the Browns. I would love for the Cowboys to pick him up cheap and let him sit on the bench for a couple of years and learn how to play in the NFL like Tony did.

JFE scolded JJ for not drafting this guy. This after she wanted JJ to draft Brady Quinn. lol and she writes about the cowboys don't know what there doing!!

Johnny doesn't want to play. He knows he's overmatched. No stomach for this fight

Thing is, Dallas has GOT to find its next QB now, or do a post Aikman all over again.

It would be nice if they can find the QB of the future right now to sit behind Romo for a season or two. I don't think Manziel is good enough at the NFL level, so I am glad he isn't here. Him at the helm would be no different than Quincy Carter, Anthony Wright, Clint Stoener, .......

His nickname is going to have to be changed from Johnny Football to Johnny Bench because that's probably where he's going to be spending most of his NFL career.

:lmao::laugh::lmao2:

Yes, I literally laughed. Good one, KJJ. :)

With the strength of our O-Line, a pure passer seems like our best bet. That's why I like Hackenberg
last night was the first time i watched hackenberg he looks good. has a great arm strength and with the penalties lifted on penn state maybe he can get some talent around him to see if he can be future nfl qb.

He doesn't have the mental make up for that. Spoiled rich kid syndrome.

I wanted JF, but I was wrong and Martin turned out to be the right pick

Get Hackenberg a year from now. He looked good under Bill O'Brien, but Penn State was bad this year so his draft stock has fallen.

Hackenberg will be the first player selected in the 2016 draft. Cowboys have no shot at him.

Johnny One Time would have killed the boys this year. People would have wanted him to start game two.
It would have been back and forth and like a 6-10 season.

We will see. The Texans were "Tanking for Teddy" last year and he turned out to be the last pick in the first round last year.

Anything is possible, but if I had to start a franchise with one of the upcoming QB prospects, Hackenberg might be the guy.

my bro is an aggies fan, I am a Horns fan. I had to listen to the Johnny football nonsense for 2 years. Then when we passed on him, he was upset. When Romo went down, he was ruing the draft. Then when Johnny made his first start, I was giving him a hard time about that garbage football exhibition.

I didn't want Johnny, but I also didn't want Martin, or anyone else from ND......Fasano and Julius left a sour spot in my mind.

However, I am extremely happy with the Martin pick now.....the only thing I rue about the Johnny draft pick is that he didn't go to one of the NFC east teams or even a top NFC contender.

Never wanted JF. Ever. So glad we passed on him. Don't think he has a NFL arm. Going to CLE likely a career path that won't have a happy ending.

I would like you guys to watch Connor Cook of Michigan State tomorrow vs Baylor in the Cotton Bowl. It's on early so remember to catch it. (12:30 EST/11:30CST)
He is one of top rated PRO style QB's for the 2016 draft. He will make a mistake every now and again, but overall he has the size, arm strength and most of all intangibles to be a good one....maybe a great one. Here's a write up on him:

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/...round-qb-connor-cook-intends-to-return-to-msu

I think we can roll the dice one more year with Weeden backing up Tony...that's how good our Oline is. Then snag this kid in 2016.
