That same weak and depleted secondary shut down the Giants..Proud of what he did last night, and hopefully he can remain healthy next year. Once again injuries slowed him down this year. Word of caution however although he had a great game yesterday it was against a weak and depleted Packers secondary. He needs to ball against stingy defenses and shut down corners.

You balled yesterday.
I give J Jenkins the nod this past year.....but don't forget.....Dez ate his lunch during JJenkins tenure with the Rams....JNorman chirped during Cassel at QB.....Dez is good to go....no worry at all.I thought Dez balled out yesterday.
Having said that, his best two games this season were against the Lion's CB5 (an UDFA) and the Packers CB4 (a UDFA). He did what he is paid to do in those situations, which is dominate.
What I am interested in seeing next season beyond is if he can find a way to refine his game a bit and beat CB1s. There were too many times players like Janis Jenkins who locked Dez down. In the case of Janoris Jenkins had a grand total of 2 catches, 14 yards, 1 fumble over the span of 2 games.
We can't have a "Thank You" thread without all the "buts, ifs, howevers, etc".He never gets any respect.... It is so sad
Wow!!!....Then Thanks JG for allowing Linehan to call that stupid play.yeah thanks Dez for not blocking your man causing the interception on the receiver screen...and thanks Linehan for the stupid play call when you need a yard for the first down to call it.

i'd like to see all the people who ragged on him all year eat their crow, but i know that won't happen. and when he has a bad game next year, they will all be out again. but he did his job amazingly yesterday. he really showed up and showed out.
Please, everybody, just ignore this dumb troll post. Addressing it directly won't do anything.
I desperately want Dez to be a 1000 yard receiver again -- something he hasn't been since 2014.
After 2012-2014 I thought he was on a HOF track. I don't think HOF is unlikely at this point, however, if he can stay health I think he can be 1200-1300 yard, 14-18 TD receiver again.

Did you see the tough catches he made? That's how good receivers are judged. The coverage there, Dez still made the plays.Proud of what he did last night, and hopefully he can remain healthy next year. Once again injuries slowed him down this year.
