That Loss Is On Romo

dude you are clueless.

people like you are the reaosn I am gonna take a week break from this place.

too many ignorant people knee jerking stupid reactions

The truth can hurt.

The entire Team and Coaching staff just lost all confidence in this joker.

Romo is finished.

The call for the FG was silly IMO. Seattle would have easily marched down and won the game anyway agaisnt our prevent defense. I would have QB sneaked it for the 18 inches we needed, then run the clock out.

Had Parcells gone for it there and not made it, I still wouldnt fault him. He played not to lose. A great coach would have gone for that and let his players decide it.

Romo is a bad QB. Where is this "moxie" many of you said he possed??!!??
:lmao2:

This "Moxie" was not evident during most games Romo played this year. In the past 6 games, he tossed 7 TDs, 8 INTs, and fumbled the ball 8 times, losing 3. The Cowboys even managed to win a few games when Romo failed to throw a TD (NYG, IND), but was able to throw 1 or 2 picks.

Romo is awful. I hate to say itoldyouSOE. But this game was on him!

No excuses that was on him.

I tell you what, all Romo did with that fumble was save the defense from embarrasing themselves one last time. Very likely that Seattle comes right back down the field to score the winning field goal. Defense really sucked at critical times. (other than the goal line stand).

Romo's plays were just as egregious. Balls thrown to the dirt, missed a couple receivers (including a play where Glenn clearly beat his man up the middle and he didnt even throw it too him), the botched snap.

If I had a penny for every ball he throw to the ground I would be richer than Jerry Jones.

And that play that he fumbled on, thank God Julius was able to dive on it or it would have been worse.

Romo was given alot of credit when he won and he will damn sure get criticism when we lose.

Cool man. Criticize him all you want. I'd rather live with the fact that we lost the game on a botched play (kind of like the 'Skins game - hmmm - see a pattern here?) in the playoffs. Somewhere we never would have been if Bledsoe was playing.

I blame the loss more on the offensive gameplan, than Romo himself. Yes, he struggled, but did you expect anything esle from essentially a rookie. What were BP and Sporano thinking? The shehawks have to freaking Pete Hunter playing CB, and we don't attack the secondary more.

The other achilles heal of this team is the defense.

Wow very few times i have ever agreed with u but your right. I said in the game thread that we should go for it because the D will probably lose it anyways so if we would have got the TD and conversion then at worst we would have gone to OT... but whatever...

Dumbest idea floating around this forum.

See you next month, what are you doing here anyhow, not a person of your word, eh?

Well when you botch a hold on a 19 yard field goal with a Playoff game on the line...You Lost it!

No.......Parcells should have went for it on 4th

At the time I looked at my buddy and said, "He should go for it because if you think THAT defense will keep Seattle from going down the field with over a minute on the clock to get a field goal from Josh Brown, then your crazy, I had no doubt Seattle would have driven the field, one or two interference penaltys, a Roy Williams give up of 20-30 yards, it would have been easy for them. So don't let all the yahoos here say your nuts, cause your not.

Please.

99.9 percent chance of making that kick.

Romo just blew the biggest game this team has played since 2003.

I wonder how many people are just laughing their arses off right now.

How will Romo ever recover from this loss?

This will shatter any confidence he ever had.

Kind of like Elway never got over losing 3 Super Bowls?

Well, you're one of them because you're obviously not a Cowboys fan.

You are wrong.

We lost because Romo botched a simple extra point try.

I'm not blamming the game on Romo for the drop, I'm blamming stupidity like him getting hit and fumbling the ball, holding the ball too long, the last several weeks he's been choking, I don't want to bench him, we just need to draft a QB and allow for some good old competition. Until we fix the QB problems, and we don't know if it's fixed yet or not, we have to continue to look, that's just smart business.

I will.

Just because I criticize the guy doesn't mean I want him cut or I dont think he is a good quarterback.

But I REPEAT, he is not a God and free from criticism and he will damn well get criticized when he deserves it.

And what does the "Bledsoe wouldnt have gotten us this far" argument have to do with anything?

As if that argument, if it were true (which I am sure it is) gives Romo a pass to screw or be free from criticism.

I hope he comes back strong next year but right now at 10:54 PM CST, he is going to get criticized by me as he deserves it.
