Only time the fans sounded crazy loud was when Detroit had the ball on their 5 near the end of that 1st half and defense had some real big play potential.

I still stand by my remarks that Jerry should gas up the jet and fly a bunch of us Zoners to Texas Stadium to get the party started! :D

it doesn't help that the Dallas offense looks lethargic. Detroit D is doing plenty to give the game away. witness their penalty totals. Dallas looking gift horse in the mouth.

It is always like in there. I have been to so many Dallas games in Texas and the only time I have seen the crowd into the game was the field goal bowl with Green Bay years ago and that was with Switzer and various players begging the fans to get load and wave white towels that they passed out at the gate. I do not know why the fans in Dallas are so reserved but every time I have been to Dallas I have been one of the more vocal energetic fans in the stands. Hell it was a louder Cowboy crowd in San Diego for the Cowboys then most games I have been to in Texas Stadium.

I agree. Dallas home crowds are pitiful. Last game I went to in Dallas, I actually had people look down their noses at me for getting fired up and yelling for the team. It really is sad, every other team has what is called home field advantage due to their fans getting rowdy... Our crowd acts like they are at Sunday Mass at our games :(

I was yelled at to shut up at the last Cowboys game I attended. I thought this was football, not a round of golf.

The crowd did get loud with the Glenn INT there for a moment, but they will not get rowdy until Dallas are dominating teams.

The crowd has made some noise today.

When Bill decided to take the FG after three straight Detroit stops from the one, the boos were resounding.

Such impressive booing, in fact, I had to check to see if Testaverde was back.

Yeah it is pitiful. I grew up in West Texas and we really get in to our football. That is why it is so disturbing to see home crowds sleeping threw our boyz games. I think it is because of the transient nature of the metroplex and really are just going to the games for the heck of it, not because they are huge boyz fans.

Listen to that damn crowd. Now that we're winning by almost 2 TDs and starting to look like we got the game in control, NOW the crowd starts getting loud. Someone needs to tell those jokers that you go crazy when your team needs you in the close ones, not when the game is starting to look under control.

I treally came across on TV that the crowd just wasn't into the game at all. I don't get it. Never have for that matter. I guess they just expected a tough game but a Cowboy win and that is what they got.

Was the Cotton Bowl crowd like this? Did it happen as soon as they moved to Texas Stadium? Did the Cotton Bowl crowd ever have an Arrowhead feel to them?

Texas Stadium's homecrowd is absolutely pathetic

bottom 5 in the NFL at LEAST

do you guys think that will change once the new stadium is built or will it just be even MORE full of those rich prissy daisy *******s who just go to games for the hell of it or to brag to their co-workers at the next business meeting?

You know what I think you locals need to do... and if I still lived in Dallas I'd be game, but we need someone to establish a Dawg Pound, or Hoggettes, or some kind of hardcore fan section. Something that will help boost the crowd and give us notoriety as one of the best homecrowds. Crazy Ray can't do it all by himself! :D

Please, crowd was just fine today, for the kind of fire the O showed today.

Man, everyone was epecting some kind of big play on D or O in first half. Everybody was like whats going on with O and Drew??

Seems like some of you guys who never go to the game like to comment on how bad the crowd is. It was plenty loud when it needed to be.
