He was dumb as a rock!I'm not surprised at all because didn't he score a four on the wonderlic? And that second round pick would have been Bobby Wagner if I'm not mistaken.

One guy on the board tried to ague me down there was no difference in the 5 pick and the 10 pick. He immediately went BACK on ignore. You can’t make this stuff up.Even one higher draft spot makes a huge difference. Ive see the player I want go one pick ahead of the Cowboys far too many times.
Easy to say after the fact. No one questioned the move at the time. Claiborne was the top rated defensive player in that draft and we had a need at corner.Should have traded up and got dontari Poe instead of mostly injured Claiborne
that's why picking QBs in the top 10 is just a pot luck. you have to suck in the right year for a good class of QBs to come out.Just our luck. We finally get in the top 10 and it's one of the weakest drafts ever
Watch the eagles and commanders spoil our draft position by resting their starters and losing in the processBucs, Eagles, and Commanders are all that's left.
All these teams will have something to play for when we face them.
6-11 calls us.
Tampa looks better than Philly and Washington right now. They’ve already beaten the Eagles and the Lions. What is it about the Buccaneers that makes you see the Cowboys beating them?I can see us beating the Bucs and losing the last two
The Commanders and Eagles will have something to play for in those games
lol no they dontTampa looks better than Philly and Washington right now.
I questioned the move at the time and beat the drum that we should draft a dominant defensive tackle because that's how you build a team properly through the trenches firstEasy to say after the fact. You brought up the one thing about the draft I don't like. If you really want a player, and you know everyone knows you're looking for that player. Sometimes it's not a bad idea to trade up or 2 spots to get that player. Cowboys never do that on day 1 or day 2. But I get your point, and that does happen.Even one higher draft spot makes a huge difference. Ive see the player I want go one pick ahead of the Cowboys far too many times.
