That Was More Than Likely Our Last Win Of The Season

Even one higher draft spot makes a huge difference. Ive see the player I want go one pick ahead of the Cowboys far too many times.
One guy on the board tried to ague me down there was no difference in the 5 pick and the 10 pick. He immediately went BACK on ignore. You can’t make this stuff up.

Just to note, the Eagles will not have their seed locked up when we play them. They are going for the 1 seed and the bye. They are tied with Detroit and possibly Minnesota.

Should have traded up and got dontari Poe instead of mostly injured Claiborne
Easy to say after the fact. No one questioned the move at the time. Claiborne was the top rated defensive player in that draft and we had a need at corner.

Just our luck. We finally get in the top 10 and it's one of the weakest drafts ever
that's why picking QBs in the top 10 is just a pot luck. you have to suck in the right year for a good class of QBs to come out.
there is no gurantees for picking top 10

This team is stupid enough to keep winning and ruin it's draft position. Utterly worthless, stupid win today. Idiotic.

I can see us beating the Bucs and losing the last two

The Commanders and Eagles will have something to play for in those games
Tampa looks better than Philly and Washington right now. They’ve already beaten the Eagles and the Lions. What is it about the Buccaneers that makes you see the Cowboys beating them?

I questioned the move at the time and beat the drum that we should draft a dominant defensive tackle because that's how you build a team properly through the trenches first

Wk16: TB might be playing for the NFC South title (I think; if ATL loses to LV)

Wk17: PHI will probably be playing for the #1 seed

Wk18: WAS may be playing for a WC spot

DAL can try to play spoiler and guys can audition for jobs next season

You brought up the one thing about the draft I don't like. If you really want a player, and you know everyone knows you're looking for that player. Sometimes it's not a bad idea to trade up or 2 spots to get that player. Cowboys never do that on day 1 or day 2. But I get your point, and that does happen.

There's a decent chance we win 2 more games. Tampa might stomp us, but we're more than likely going to beat Washington. They'll be locking up a 6th or 7th seed, zero chance they play their starters. Unless the game means they'll be out of the playoffs if they lose.
