This BS has been going on for years and im sick and tired of it.the only way the Lions could have won that game is for the refs to get the clock stopped for them. they had no timeouts, and the clock would have run down to about 30 seconds. they did the only thing they could do to get the clock stopped for them. you can call holding on every play. these freaking screw jobs have been going on for years. and i am sick and tired of it. the NFL can go to hell.im tired of getting freaking screwed. that holding call was pure BS/ the ref who called that knew what he was doing. he was getting the clock stopped for them because he knew they had no timeouts.blame it on whoever you want. but i put it on the ref that called that crap!

He held. The defensive player was just smart enough to fall back and show the ref that Smith had his jersey. I didn't think it was going to get called because I have seen it happen a bunch of times and no call. I think the PI on OScan was worse especially since they picked up the flag earlier on a play that was exactly the same.

What game were you people watching. that was not a hold. if you say it was then Hatcher was getting held on every play. that call was BS. and it gave the Lions a chance to win the game and they did.im sick and tired of the refs screw jobs.

Hold happen on pretty much every play and he was definitely holding and it was definitely called.

Tyron isn't getting enough postgame heat for it either as that hold essentially cost us the game with how much time it freed up.

Smith held. The time was more important then anything else at that point, why run a play and run the risk of a flag. Kneel it, burn 40 seconds of clock and hand them the ball back with less then 30 seconds left. Or you throw it and try for the 1st down and the win. Check that just kneel it or run it into the line.

How about the PI they called on Scandrick when it was clearly not? Yet they picked it up for Detroit when it was called.

The defense gives up 623 yards, the offense cannot run the ball to save their lives, the line play is awful on both sides of the ball, and there's a thread blaming the refs?

I'm literally speechless.

If it was a hold... then that was one of the dumbest plays of the year. Tyron is great, but he can't do that. All we needed was to run the clock.

I do agree that running was the right call vs kneel down. Any coach would have done the same in this situation. Kneeling down is super conservative.
