for crying out loud, JJ rolled on top of the defender, and landed at the 1 yard line.

FOX didn't even show the replays

I didn't think so either. Nothing we can do though.

I'm watching the game with Bill O'manley who was a NFL official back in the
80's says it was not either and also said their has been so terrible calls and non calls on both teams today

I was saying the exact same thing .. julius was on top of the Marshall or whoever it was and neither he nor the ball hit the ground until after his cleared the goal line.

It was pretty close though. It was possible that the back end of the ball wasn't completely past the line, I think if they challenged it there wasn't enough there to overturn it.

Periera (sic) has the nerve to show up every week on NFL Access and render slick rationale after slick rationale for his refs blown calls.

Some of his act is growing odd. Last week he maintained refs watching replays in slow motion are not needed. So why have instant replay at all?

This week...who knows...but as his crew gets worse, his explanations become more bizarre.

I'm sure the replay wasn't shown on the Jumbotron at Fedex Field either. May have been able to see something!

I agree with you. I felt they should have challenged it.

His knee never hit the ground until the ball was well outside the endzone.

I thought he got out too.

Two points they have they should have had and then we gave them one by going for two.

Yea LaTuna, I'm getting sick of it too. It seems like no one can own up to their mistakes anymore. Yeah, it's fine to educate people on why certain calls were made and go on television and validate the calls that can go either way, but when you turn a blind eye to calls that are obviously miscalled, it speaks negatively towards your integrity.
