Am I missing something on Coale? Pretty sure he's still on the mend.

-Wilcox: I want to see him lay someone out.
-Matt Johnson: see Wilcox....
-Escobar: Hopefully this guy proves his worth as a 2nd round pick.

I'll admit, I have an affinity for the safety position and cannot wait to see Wilcox play.

Three guys I don't want to see:
-Jerry Jones: I'm tired of the proverbial JJ camera shot.
-Long Snappers: If they show them, it means they screwed up.
-Athletic Trainer: I'll be holding my breath on the injury front!

1. Leary - can this guy help to solidify the OL a little?
2. Johnson - can this guy stay healthy and battle for a starting safety gig?
3. Hanna - has he done enough to get on the field more?

I also want to see Wilcox slam someone, but you said 3

I see Wilcox has an ubiquitous supply of fans already... hope he's the real deal.

Tons of hype from training camp regarding Wilcox. Not so much from Matt Johnson. Let's see if it translates to games.

Tyron Smith. Can he look like a LT who was worthy of a top 10 pick? Or is he going to look like JAG out there like last year?
Barry Church's recovery/ Safety position as a whole - Is anyone ready to step up and snag the job?
Cheerleaders - Because I like eye candy.

Travis Frederick - The rookie center has been steady in camp with his calls and how he has managed the position. He has played comfortable and confident but this will be his first game action in the NFL so the nerves might be tested early. He should see plenty of action at both center and guard but I am especially interested how he fares at center which is his more natural position and should be where he is opening day.

DeVonte Holloman - In camp, he has been one of those players that is always around the ball, Of the young linebackers, the coaches have worked him at several different positions and combinations with the other linebackers. I have been impressed with his ability to not only defend the run physically at the point but he has also done a nice job as well in coverage. I am interested if he can show up as a situational player but also handle a steady diet of special teams work as a core guy. I believe he is one of those players that with experience can do several things for the squad.

Gavin Escobar, TE – At this point, it’s clear Escobar can catch the ball. But we don’t know how he’ll hold up on the line as a blocker or how explosive he’ll be off the line. He seems comfortable when the ball’s in the air, but I want to see if he has a knack for finding the open spot in a coverage and a feel for getting away from his man on his route. He needs to excel on passing plays and in the red zone to warrant the Cowboys’ pick.

JJ wilcox- Lay the wood and atleast avg in coverage
Ecobar- hope he warrants a second round pick (I thought we probably should of went with DE especially since this defense is predicated on pressure)
Any olineman- block somebody in the other jersey please (no more look out blocks)
dline- pressure please.

I want to see Alex Tanney in the red zone. I want to see him take the snap, throw the football at the goal post so that it bounces off back in bounds and hits Dante Rosario's helmet then bounces off and lands in the hands of Lance Dunbar and he runs it in for a TD.
