I think its clear as day that "R." is holding him back. Just too much weight. If he would just get rid of that "R." then everything would be solved.

Plus I think the league did away with 1st initials anyway. If you look at the Patriots, I think they still have Kyle Brady on the team and yet neither him or Tom have initials if I remember right.
