..... is for the mediots to keep asking him if he is going to retire. As stubborn as he is, he will never retire if he thinks everyone feels like he should or knows that he will. I love it cause i want him to come back. Just needs to make some changes to his staff.

Sorry Juke.

Hey...I've always said, I have admired Parcells from all the time I watched him in NY... Behind Landry and Jimmy Johnson, Parcells was right up there with Hank Stram, Bum Phillips and John Madden as one of my favorites.

Just keep in mind that when Parcells has left teams in the past, it has never been done in a constructive manner...there's always been tons of drama...

He left the Giants right before the start of training camp..pretty much ensuring that they were going to have a lousy season....particularly because the only choice they had was to hand the team over to Ray Handley.

The Pats? He left so abruptly that he didn't even take the plane right back with his players from the Super Bowl...

The Jets? It was a circus when he left...the drama with little Bill, etc.

So, I'm not expecting a calm, graceful exit here either.

Also, I think he'll retire when he's ready...even if the media is all over him about it....he runs himself into the ground every season and his body and emotional state are in ruins just prior to his leaving...so, when it's time, it's time...no matter what the media is yacking about.

so, the question is......what's the Tuna's next coaching stop?

San Fran? AZ? St. Louis?

The bus stops here. He won't coach (as a head coach) anywhere after this.

I really believe BP will come back! It is just a gut feeling only based upon his liking of the team according to articles I have read this year!

I think that's what Jets fans believed when he moved into their front office.

I think he retires this offseason or next.....takes a year or two off. Then coaches another team.

He's a Soldier of Fortune, its what he does.
