It is clear that Dak's contract is a problem for the cowboys,, but not its the only problem, next year is going to be chaos, for the following year only 40 players have been signed, the rest are free agents... and that is not the problem, the problem is that Dak is going to cost 49M, Zeke 17M, Gallup 14M, Tyron 17M, Zack Martin 19M, DLaw 26M , Jordan Lewis 6M, Dorance Armstrong 7M !!!`, in 8 players you have practically half of the cap consumed.

Armstrong and Lewis need to go via trado or cut, and save 9M, Dlaw restructure to save 9M, cut or trade him its impossible, restructure Tyron to save 6M no other option, cut Zeke, to save 10M, no one is going to want Zeke via trade because the contract he has, with this they save 34M, very little money knowing they have free agents like Donovan Wilson, Tony Pollard, Noah Brown, Dante Fowler, Anthony Barr, Johnathan hankins, Cooper rush, Connor McGovern, Terence Steele, what a problem.

I just wonder if it is possible for a season to go by where fans aren't making threads and posts about things which will not happen for months after the current season has ended. It's like this place is a Masochist's idea of Heaven, where posters beat their own arse's worrying about things which are the least of this team's worries, as we watch and wait for the outcome of THIS SEASON.

Let's not talk about the offense, or defense, and have a rousing discussion on how the team will fare at Green Bay.

Let's all wring hands on what Jerry will do next May. What an outstanding idea.

well, understanding this is also understanding why they don't make or can make more moves, because even if you don't want to, what is going to happen in the near future also harms or acts in the present time, many expected some trade or contract to improve this team more seeing how the eagles get stronger but they don't see the whole picture and this is the whole picture, and it is clear that this team like this is not up to a team like the eagles or san francisco, if you want to ignore and live utopian realities you are in your right, just like me to write this post,

First of all , how is Prescott‘s contract and issue. And I don’t know why were talking about this now . Haven’t you learned yet we always manipulate the salary cap. That’s why we have so many young players and we’re building through the draft. We’re young and we’re fast.

What is all the hand wringing about? These deals will be restructured. The contracts are written that way. That's the way the Cowboys have done business for years.

Tired of hearing about Dak’s contract. Three years from now we may be stuck with a scrub at QB making peanuts and we’ll see how many are jumping for joy when and if that happens.

The Rams seem to find a way, not worried about the cap they will get it sorted.

of this list,

Donovan Wilson, Tony Pollard, Noah Brown, Dante Fowler, Anthony Barr, Johnathan hankins, Cooper rush, Connor McGovern, Terence Steele

Wilson and Steele will be the priority. Dante, Barr, Hankins are all 1 year rentals. Love to have TP back but feels like the draft will fix that and Connor McGovern wont cost much. I dont think Noah will cost a lot either tbh.
