Who is the guy that a year from now you think teams will regret not drafting in the mid rounds.

My pick is Sam Acho. I think he is the most underrated guy in this draft right now and who ever gets him will get a high motor guy who can get after the QB.

Mid-rounds? I expect Acho to go late 1st or very early 2nd. My vote is Casey Matthews.

Offense I like James Carpenter, the T from Alabama. Started at LT, will probably play RT in NFL and might move to G. Looked really good in the Senior Bowl too. Seems to be getting lost in the shuffle among the other big names at OL. Probably a 3rd rd pick.

Defense I like Cedric Thorton of Southern Arkansas. Especially if he ends up as a 3-4 DE somewhere. Probably a late rd pick.

Ah really?

I didn't know Acho had moved up that much.

NVM then I guess NFL teams finally have seen the light.

Yeah I like him too. I think he'll be a quality Guard in the NFL.

Nate Irving, he's the best ILB in this draft and has a little Ray Lewis-like intangibles. He'll go in the 4th or 5th but I can see him having a long career with multiple pro bowls.

Some quick youtube scouting shows he is a downhill player.

He is bulky too so he would fit in a 3-4

Yea he's a tackling machine, he'd be a good fit next to Lee.

Another guy who I'm going to follow closely is Mark Herzlich. Before the cancer he was a top 10 talent, and if he gets back to form he'll be a heck of a bargain for a 5th/6th rounder.

Casey is a major bum..this guy is sooooo overrated by so many people..the guy is nothing like his brother...if this guy gets taken before the 5th rd, it's a reach

Even Clay was nothing like Clay until he reached the NFL Though.

But yeah.. He's a 4-3 guy anyways.

Mario Harvey, ILB of Marshall. Kid is going to be a stud in this league.

.

Good choice, agree on that one.

Anyone else look good at the Senior Bowl practices that is being overlooked?
