It is simple. You run to win and you stop the run to rush. So get 2 DT that play the run, give push up the middle in pass rush, get 2 Linebacker, move Micah back to MLB/OLB in a 4/3 (that is what he was at Penn st and still had a bunch of sacks), move Marquise Bell back to Safety, and get a real running back for your Fullback (Hunter is fine).

Now the hard part - Have Jerry Jones give the title and authority of GM to Will McClay. He will hire a real head coach for the team and not a Head Coach of offense and a Head Coach of defense that has not worked in the Jerry Dumbo GM Jones era (see Winnie the Pooh and Jason Garrett).
