Never quite understood the whole desperate need to level and affix blame to things. It's just who we are as a culture I suppose.
So, since it's en vogue to do so, here's my humble shot across the bow:
We have players who do not play with passion or desire. We have players who obviously have no pride in their chosen profession. We have players who have very little core toughness (0-8 when trailing at halftime is a very telling statistic). We have players who simply don't mind losing.
We have coaches who do not attack. We coaches who promote a soft culture and mindset. We have coaches who do not (or are not able ),to hold players accountable for performance. We have coaches whose game planning and scheming is less than stellar. When we fail, we fail pathetically.
We have an Owner who wants the above situation EXACTLY like it is and knows it. He's told us that last week and shown us that over the last couple of decades. However, he does indeed OWN the thing and can do what he wishes with it.
It is entirely up the us as to whether we continue to support it.
Merry Christmas!
