Just to remind all of you guys who were saying he wasnt mobile enough. and that he was like a statue in the pocket. and wondering if he still has it? Ok let it be known he still has an arm and yes he can escape the rush and jump around in the pocket.. You know I couldnt ask for A QB who could do all that.. Get ready Cowboys this wagon is getting full now lol.. :star:

I'm on it with you. I think Bledsoe is a real QB and he made some people miss today.

I've come on to admit his excellence beyond any of my expectations for 3 weeks in a row....I'm definitely on his bandwagon.

I'm not ashamed to say I was against his signing. However, I figured he'd be good, albeit not this good, considering all our weapons and improved O-Line.

He is buying us time to get a young QB and groom him, whether it be Henson/Romo or a draft pick while still being able to compete. He definitely has a good 2 years left after this season.

I will admit Drew Bledsoe has exceeded my expectations thus far. I could not be more pleased.

Yes - 2 good years after this. He'll have around 50,000 yards, about 300 TDs, and he'll be in the top 5 in Attempts, Completions, Yards, TDs, and maybe even come-from-behind wins.

He is good, but he isn't the Cowboy's future. That is my concern.

Just because he doesn't throw it on the second step of a three step drop, doesn't mean he is holding it too long. grrr!

Dre Bled puts up a 30+ spot and WINS. Losman did what? Gotta be a tough night for you in Bill land.

I still lack faith in Drew in the long run.

But I have even more faith than I had this summer that Tuna can re-educate him back to the QB he once was, and give him the weapons he needs to succeed.

It will be doubly ironic that the coach who developed Bledsoe in New England was the very same one who played him so effectively in NY by blitzing him up the middle, starting AFC DCs off on the same strategy, may be the one who ends up recreating him again.

Talk about full circle. ;)

He buys us time to find the future though, and allows us to compete in these games.

Bledsoe was great today. I certainly have other positions i would like to see addressed before drafting a QB.

As "bad" as his game was today, 24/38, 363 yards, 2 TDs and 2 INTS calculates out to a 90.1 QBR.

When was the last time we had a QB who could reliably get to 80?

And as far as his past with the Bills go, I saw the Falcons/Bills game on my local television. Oh man the Bills can't pass block.

David.

Considering we started a 41 year old last year, he's a spring chicken :)

There is no doubt in my mind he will buy us time till we either groom Henson or Romo into anything, or definately give us time to have a shot at another Vet by then or a rookie learning the ropes by a 50 K passer. Im just feeling better now from the Post-Aikman-Funk era I keep hearing about, and our Qb position looks good for now. :star:

Isn't it maddening to read what Bills fans think about Drew? Last week they say "but he lost". This week they say "but he took all those sacks and had 2 picks". They are a bunch of sore losers. They've never won the Super Bowl and they never will.
