When was the last time you saw the "play before the last play" getting reviewed?

Why do teams rush up to the line sometimes to snap the ball quickly so it can't be reviewed?

Because once the next play is run, you can't go back.

Oh, unless it's the Cowboys.

OK, I got it.

That's exactly the way I feel about it. It's part of the game... getting off the next play, that is. We did it and I didn't think they were able to go back and review it.

Oh well... in retrospect I'm glad they did it that way because they have no excuses... but if we would have lost because of that, I'd be pissed.

The refs did have a couple of bad calls, but in that situation, it's their job to get it right. Think about if the tables were turned, do you want the Patriots getting that kind of call to go their way with the game on the line against us, or do you want the booth to have the chance to get the call right?

I agree but fair is fair, and consistency is fair. If they want to "get it right" then they need to change the rules for every similar instnace in every game. Otherwise they haven't gotten it right.
