It is the scouts that have to determine if the player is good or just a product of his conference, team or O/D system.
Some RBs for spread teams might have inflated stats and might not do well in the NFL however there are some in spread systems that are good players no matter what and will do well in the NFL...it would be stupid to automatically dismiss any RB because he played in a spread offense.
Same could be said of any player that plays in one conference or a team.
If we followed that type of mentality we would not have Miles Austin or Tony Romo because that mentality would say that since they are lower level college teams it would mean we should stay away from them since their stats and reps will be inflated therefore they would not work out in the NFL.
We would also not have D.Ware since he played for the power house of a team in a powerhouse conference (/sarcasm off)

These lower tier bowl games are either for the fans of the teams playing or the ultimate diehard college football fan who would watch anything.MarionBarberThe4th;3757025 said:Damn is anyone actually watching these or what?

Say no to Robert Sands
Ill keep an eye out for Clayborn but I dont see the point
Man I know he is highly rated, but he has not made hardly any plays. I like the Mizz. QB a lot. He looks to be a 1st rounder....MarionBarberThe4th;3768592 said:Clayborn could be my 2nd round pick, but no way does he make sense for our 1st even in a trade down
