We will be able to see what we have in some of our younger guys. Sam Hurd, Miles Austin, and Isiah Stanback all have talent and maybe they show enough for us to not have to use a high first day pick on a WR. Glenn is an important part of our offense, but he's about as fragile as they come. A lot of people weren't expecting him to last all season anyway.

The season is here and it's time for these young guys to step up.

I want to see Miles Austin as the 2nd WR because he has good hands and deep speed! Crayton is way more effective in the slot as the 3rd WR.

Anybody remember the Rockettes-esque crucifixion scene in Monty Python's "The Life Of Brian"? How'd that song go?

Miles at #2? no thanks, He doesnt have good hands, they are average and so is His route running.

Crayton at #2 for sure and Hurd at #3 or vise-versa.

That stanback kid looks like He has some talent though...

How about some more affirming rationales or perspectives...

For a fat guy he doesn't sweat much

Aside from that Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play

Being attacked by a band of laughing hyenas could be quite funny

But on a serious note, Glenn's loss is a blow, I am HOPING our young receivers step up. If not we may be dialing up 4.35 speedster Reche Caldwell. Stanbach and Austin could possibly stretch the field but both are highly inexperienced route runners.

Absolutely, losing TG would be a disaster if this was the year the window was closing for this team. This is the year it seems to be opening. We need to find out of these guys can play on a championship team. If they can, we don't have a problem. If they can't, we know what to do next off season.

A LOT of teams would like to have TO, Witten and Crayton to throw the ball to.

Terry Glenn is a top 10 pick talent 10+ year veteran accomplished WR.

Hurd, Austin, Stanbach have accomplished nothing. Everyone always pulls for the backups and potential. Lets be carefull what we ask for.

I'm torn on losing Glenn.
