Well, a win is a win. It was ugly but the Cowboys are 2-1.

We now know the Cowboys are flawed and aren't world beaters.

3 games in and there isn't a single dominant team -- see the 49ers for proof of that.

The goal is to win more than you lose and get into the playoffs. Once you do that anything can happen -- check the 2010 Packers and 2011 Giants -- both VERY flawed teams.

Unfortunately, the issues that surfaced over the past two weeks are NOT fixable, and things will get worse.

Freeman couldn't read a Madden defense let alone an NFL defense. We're not going to have the luxury of facing a Josh "0-11" Freeman every week.

The OL is a mess. Romo isn't going to finish the year standing up.

We just lost both starting Safeties.

The penalties aren't going away. It's been part of Cowboy culture for the past 15 years.

A better team (like Seattle) would have murdered us today.

I know Church is out -- what is up with Sensabaugh? I must have missed something.

He did not play today due to an injury. Not out for the season or anything like that, if that's what you were referring to.

The bright side is that after 3 weeks there is no team that strikes fear and the same thing is going to happen that has happened the last 5 years. That is some team gets hot in Dec and carries through the play offs. It is an 8-8 league more than ever.

Well, I guess another bright spot might be that our defense held another fourth quarter lead.

Say what you will, but we've shut down opposing WRs quite well.

Through three games we haven't allowed one TD to an opposing WR.

This defense is championship-calibre if we can find a decent safety to replace Church.

The bright side is the D played good and Philly got wiped,Vick looks beat up.

The only bright is the win.

If by somehow the team actually comes together (long shot) then we will look back and be glad that 2-1 was all the damage that was done.

Unfortunately, there probably isn't a single game left on the schedule outside of Cleveland that an offensive performance like today will get the job done.

FWIW, this is not a game we deserved to win. A break from the refs on Romo's second fumble saved a TD, and ANOTHER UNBLOCKED DEFENDER SHOULD HAVE BLOCKED A PUNT.

Good thing TB is completely inept, or we lose by two touchdowns.

Honest question. Are you a Packers -> Cowboys fan?

I'm a Cowboys fan. I also a fan of the Packers. I know that's hard to comprehend for most football fans, but it's just my reality.

PK [vick] was sacked 5 times hit 20 times...and hard hits.

I disagree......it was a sloppy game....but they found a way to win.
So we deserved to win, there will be no asterisk in the standings for a sloppy undeserved win....

The bright side is that in reality we have played well about one half of one game on offense and we are 2-1.

The other bright spot is that our D is playing well. Our Offense is completely out of sync and our Oline stinks. They have to improve or this will be another one of those years.

When we win and play badly, people crap on us, when we lose but play well except for a few minutes, people crap on us.

Maybe people just love crapping on us.

people are so use to negativity that when something good happens, they don't recogonize it.

When is the last time this happened?
