Well looks like a good choice by the coaching staff. In one game it seems as if special teams is light years improved over last year..

They aren't worth it if our coverage units or run D don't improve. Beuhler was impressive today, but unless he kicks everything seven yards deep, teams are going to bring it out and get big returns. I'd much rather see consistent coverage than a couple of touchbacks.

Especially on Sunday or Monday!

Special teams coverage units often look the sloppiest on opening day because the only practice they get is the pre-season games.
