Like I said it should be called everytime. If their feet don't get tangled up he makes the catch but DBs know that they can at least try to "get their feet tangled" when they are TRAILING a reciever.
 
Hixon should be ashamed. that's the 2nd time he's gotten stopped by the kicker. he looks like Miles Austin today.

If you're looking for the ball, how're you gonna know where the receivers feet are? Maybe the DB's should just give up whenever a receiver gets past them.
