are not going to blow up their organizations despite losing badly in the playoffs.

Why should we?

Cowboy fans love ya one week, then hate you the next.

Because "we're the Dallas Cowboys," and a playoff defeat means everyone must go.:

Cards were in the game last year, Bilichick has won 3, Reid has gotten his team to the nfc championship game numerous times and the Ravens have a new young coach and QB who has taken them to the conference championship game.

Because apparently it is much easier to demand everyone get fired then to have faith. Last year we lost 44-6, everyone was calling for heads. The next year we win 11 games, win the division, and win a playoff game. But apparently a team can't get better after a loss.

I think our offense could use someone that is more able to take advantage off the tools provided. That said, i also feel like we could learn and implement a new offensive system and be just as, if not more sucessful next year. But oh well, i guess im overeacting and my opinion means nothing.

They will make changes though on staff and roster.

Add in the Steelers and 20 other NFL teams.

I mean only 1 team shouldn't fire everyone and cut every player.

It's pretty stupid of course but there are no IQ tests for fans.

I think the sensible fans are satisfied that we made it this far and consider it a first step to winning a championship. We lost the game in the trenches and we know what to address in the off-season. We knew going in our kicking game was on life support and we knew our OL needed an infusion of youthful talent. Should anyone be shocked that showed up to bite us on the road against a team with 13 wins? Of course not, but will that stop knuckleheads from posting goofy things?

rofl.

So your logic says a team that has went farther in the playoffs and then slips back should rate a higher mark for coaching than a team who was guided to its first playoff win in 13 years and who had lower expectations this season?

I'm a knucklehead and typing goofy things because i felt the offensive playcalling was not changed according to the way the game was playing out? Sorry i dont agree with your opinion that no coaching changes are necesary. Wade stepped up and did wha he could do to keep us in it. Garrett failed to change his usual calls despite poor o line performance.

If its broke fix it.

(i highly doubt it will)

And yet, we'd probably be the favorites against every one of them if we played in a neutral site.

The NE Patriots are rebuilding. Their D is old and slow, and they traded away their best defensive player before the season even started. Their coach is a proven winner with 3 SB rings. Their QB is still gunshy from his injury, and their 2nd best offensive player was out for the season. On top of that, they have a boat load of extra draft picks the next 2 years. They have a much greater capacity to improve without "blowing it up" than Dallas does. No parallel with the Cowboys whatsoever.

The Eagles are supposedly considering trading their QB in favor of a young guy. They need to do something, because what they're doing doesn't work, not if the goal is to win a SB. Many of their fans have been clamoring for major change for years....and guess what? Their fans were right. The Reid/McNabb collaboration has been going for a decade with no rings to show for it. I'd rather not compare the Cowboys to that.

The Ravens have a 2nd year QB. Can't really compare a team with a novice QB to ours, not when ours is probably at his peak. The 2 leaders of their defense are long in the tooth. Don't know if their owner will spend the $$$ to make major changes, but they know they need major help on both sides of the ball if they expect to truly contend. They aren't blowing it up, but if they expect to compete they know they need major changes.

The Cardinals are just glad to be at the dance. They'll be back in 5-11 territory next year if Warner retires. Please don't ever compare us to them.

Which only makes what happened today all the more unacceptable.

Completely irrelevant to the point of the thread and my post.

not really, you were the one that brought up playing these teams at a 'neutral' site.
