The Chiefs fans dont take us seriously

Chiefs are the most unpredictable team in the NFL. Their defense is trash and wildly inconsistent. Plus their OL play this year is inconsistent.

This is the first real QB defensively we have faced in a long time. But he’s having his most inconsistent year and struggles yet, so he’s hard to predict right now. Both Herbert and Brady picked apart our secondary. And so did the veteran TB, with a weak arm, when their run game was on.

But we are playing on grass and arrowhead, meaning a slower field.

That being said, anybody still think Bill Bellichek was carried by Tom Brady?

They are not afraid for zeke/pollard. They aren't ripping odd 25+ yard runs. I guess touchdowns scored inside the 5 are worth less or something....

Cee Dee and Amari are just ok. Nothing special. No mention of Gallup...

Not concerned with the defense at all. Not real sure if they even know who parsons and Diggs are. Or the beefed up safetys. I wouldnt expect them to know anyway.

A majority of the pundits have the thought that the chiefs can run the table to the super bowl and win. I guess 1 good game vs the raiders cures all things.

With the way the last week turned out for both teams, this will be one of the biggest games of the year and might be the highest rated depending on late season matchups based on playoffs. Hopefully it lives up to the incoming hype.

I think this is a good time to construct a thread discussing this game and whether or not we should be viewed as a legitimate threat.

I grew up being a fan of the Chiefs as well and that is thanks to my grandfather who was a huge fan so moseying over to their forum isn't out of the norm for me...

One thing that struck me was when I was over at their forum they're totally 100% all saying that beating us should be an easy win. Some of the things they brought up was that we've beat bad teams, and that Big Mike was a horrible coach and Andy Reid has his number.

Some of the other things were that our linebackers are terrible, and that Dak has a noodle arm. They also pointed out that the beating we took at the hands of the Bronco's was an example of who we really are...

They believe their defense will shut down our run and we will collapse.. They're talking about running table easily...

I don't know about you guys, but I see a team in Kansas City that has some serious issues. I'm not about to be like their fans and assume we're going to walk into their house and whip them, but I seriously don't understand why the delusion is so prevalent.

For me, this is one of those games where it could go either way, but to assume we're an easy out is pure idiocy.

Mahomes is a great QB and will get his. Dak is a great QB and will get his. It will come down to whose Dey plays the best.

Dating back to 1970, the Cowboys & Chiefs have only played 11 times. The Cowboys lead the all-time series 7-4 & have three of the last four matchups.

They last faced each other in 2017, Prescott’s rookie season. He threw two touchdown passes & rushed for another as the Cowboys beat the Chiefs 28-17.

Mahomes has never faced the Cowboys. The Chiefs are 3-2 at Arrowhead Stadium against Dallas.

It would be nice to see them eat crow. The Chiefs have had a lot of success of late, but they're not guaranteed to win this game. No one is.

I've been reading their message boards a little and yeah, they believe they are going to steamroll us for the most part.

They believe all we have on defense is Parsons. That's it.

They’re middle of the pack against the run but we haven’t been real consistent running the ball this season. We had a couple of back to back games where we really got it going on the ground but it’s been kind of hit and miss. I would love for us to be able to control the ball on the ground and keep their offense off the field but we’re probably going to have to air it out if we can’t contain Mahomes, Kelce and Tyreek Hill.

I doubt very seriously 100% of their fans on their forum are saying the Cowboys are going to be an easy win. Every fan base has a few fans that act like their team is invincible. We have fans like that here. The Chiefs have hit several bumps this season and their fans realize this hasn’t been the team they’ve had the previous two seasons. The last three games have them feeling a lot better but their fans know just like Cowboy fans know who choose to keep it real that Sunday is going to be a battle.
